Role of the service and operator

AIVU Hub helps business clients and members with active AIVU/URSA provider access find gear, cinematographers, and schedules and coordinate conditions through booking requests and messages. Client features become available after email and business-use confirmation. An active Catalog publisher with at least one visible public work can self-enable features for providing cinematographers, gear, and an URSA Cine Immersive body after accepting the B2B-use attestation.

The operator is not a party to equipment-rental or production-service agreements between members and does not provide or broker payments, collection, refunds, or insurance. Listed prices and deposits are indicative. The parties directly agree contracts, final amounts, payment, delivery, return, and cancellation terms.

Service fees

The operator currently charges members no fee for account registration or use of the basic service. Members bear the costs of internet access, devices, transactions between parties, transfers, delivery, insurance, and related services. If paid features are introduced, prices, payment terms, delivery timing, and cancellation terms will be shown before an application is made.
