Publish one work and accept the B2B-use attestation to enable cinematographer, related-gear, and URSA Cine Immersive camera-body provider features.
An active AIVU Hub Catalog publisher can enable provider features directly after publishing at least one work that passes the automated checks. Manual document review is not the standard route. Provider features are for business-to-business use by companies, organisations, and sole proprietors, not consumers. Prices are indicative; contracts and payments are handled directly between businesses. The operator is not a contracting party and does not provide or broker payments, collection, refunds, or insurance. See the Japanese transaction guidefor details.
Provider quick start
Join as a Catalog publisher, publish one work, then open Access settings and accept the B2B-use attestation. AIVU and URSA provider features are enabled immediately; routine document review is not required.
Who can use provider features
Companies, organisations, and sole proprietors with a published work can provide production services or gear.
Businesses that own a URSA Cine Immersive body
You can participate by making the camera available or taking on shoots with it. Camera bodies are listed at a fixed location.
Businesses that own related gear
Lenses, rigs, recording and power equipment, monitors, transport cases, and other gear needed for immersive production are eligible.
Cinematographers and production companies
Cinematographers and production companies that take on URSA Cine Immersive shoots can list a base and the areas they can travel to.
Businesses in multiple regions can use the same Catalog-track rule. Supported cities and currencies remain limited to the options shown in the listing form.
What providers can do
The following features become available after self-service activation.
List gear and schedules
Register your gear and available dates to appear on the map and directory. Camera bodies and other gear have a fixed location; cinematographers have a base and service areas.
Publish work in the catalog
First publish an immersive work after making the required rights attestation. Works appear on the web and in the visionOS viewing app.
Receive structured client enquiries
First enquiries arrive with purpose, dates, area, budget, and deliverables organised in a consistent format. You decide whether to proceed and negotiate terms directly by message.
Three self-service steps
The standard route does not require business documents or camera serial numbers.
1. Join as a Catalog publisher
Verify your email, accept the Catalog Base Terms, acknowledge the Community Guidelines, and activate Catalog publishing.
2. Publish one work
Make the per-work rights attestation, register storage, and pass the media probe, duplicate detection, metadata filter, and other automated checks.
3. Enable provider features
In Access settings, accept the B2B-use attestation. The visible-work count and other decision facts are saved in the grant snapshot, then both AIVU and URSA permissions are enabled.
The B2B attestation and decision snapshot are retained as access records, as described in the Japanese privacy policy. A published work or active provider permission is not operator certification of identity, skill, rights, equipment ownership, or transaction safety.
Listing regions and currencies are limited to the form options. The same Catalog-track condition applies regardless of country or region.
A published work and automated checks do not legally guarantee identity, skill, rights, or ownership. You must accurately state your authority and terms for each listing.
Manual exception application
The former manual application remains only for exceptional circumstances that prevent you from publishing a work. Use the subject line below to contact the operator about that exception route.

No criteria or turnaround time are promised for the exception route. In the standard case, publish a work and activate provider features directly from Access settings.
If you want to commission a shoot rather than provide gear or crew, use client registration (Japanese).
